We accept cash and all major credit cards. We use a secure and HIPAA-compliant database to store debit or credit card information online in order to more conveniently bill for session fees and cancellation fees.
At your request, provide you with a superbill that you can turn in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
we currently accept some insurance, call us to discuss. Will also work with clients on a sliding scale as needed.
We require at least 24-hour notice for all cancellations. You will be billed the full rate of the appointment if you fail to cancel in accordance with this policy. No shows will also be billed to the client at the full rate of the appointment.
